The health center at Payir functions as a 24×7 first aid center and a holistic health center integrating traditional, indigenous and other well known alternative therapeutics and modern medicine. This center is also equipped with a basic clinical laboratory set up, where basic blood tests, urine tests, ECG and X-rays can be taken at a low cost.
In this center happens all the trainings for the health workers, their periodical meetings, counselings, maintenance of all the resource materials and occasionally even the health education program is conducted (medical camps as well). The patients and the patient’s family who come to the center for treatment are given counseling and health education, relevant to their illness and situation.
